Fire Extinguisher Manufacturing is carried out by deep drawing, edge cutting trimming beading machine and then circular welding before painting processes. First circular plates are cut out by a mechanical press then these circular plates are turned into pot shaped semi-finished parts. After the second drawing of the hydraulic press with deep drawing, you get a final part where the edges of the fire extinguishers are needed to be cut and trimmed carefully. Our Edge cutting trimming beading machines are ideal solutions for your serial edge trimming operations. The parts are put into our machine, by placing them onto their special molds, which are also designed and manufactured by EMS Metalworking Machines. Then the upper mold comes down, keep the part fixed on the mold, the lower mold starts to rotate while the high durable cutting knife comes into contact with the parts edge that needs to be cut, and cuts the part and unwanted edge falls apart from the fire extiguisher body.

This operation takes about 10 seconds starting from the location of the fire extinguisher body on to the lower mold until you take our the finished product that is nicely and precisely cut and the unwanted edges are falled apart from the body. You don't need to carry out another finishing operation after the edge cutting and trimming operation on our machines so the parts are ready to be welded

On some occasions, companies wish their parts to be cut and the bend or curl inside or outside. We can carry out these beading, bending or curling operation on the same edge cutting trimming beading machine by just changing the molds. The parts are carefully edge cut and trimmed first and then curled, bead or bended into any direction the customer wishes. the operation cylce changes from 10 sec to 30 seconds according to the part complexity of the customer. Here the geometry of the part doesn't play a role as we can design a special machine for the customer where the customer will have a part of a complex geometry as square, triangle or something completly out of the regular shapes

Our Edge cutting trimming beading machine has a rigit body where all the parts are welded according to the standarts, then the frame is powder painted and the upper part of the machine is located on it with the most widely known component suppliers in hydraulics, electrics or pneumatical parts.
